As Chief Administrative Officer of Humanis Advisory Group, Diane leads the firm’s corporate functions with clarity, care, and strategic foresight. She plays a key role in aligning operations across the Humanis Advisory Group of companies, overseeing HR, marketing, IT, legal, and privacy, while advancing enterprise-wide priorities that support growth and performance.

Diane plays a strategic role in enabling collaboration across the Humanis ecosystem. By streamlining processes and driving alignment, she helps each company within the group stay true to its strengths while benefiting from shared resources and support. Her work ensures the infrastructure is in place for Humanis companies to deliver exceptional talent solutions at scale.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Diane has held senior roles across banking and professional services, including serving as CAO of a national HR advisory firm during a period of significant growth and successful acquisition. She is known for her pragmatic leadership style, strong business acumen, and ability to create the conditions for organizations to thrive.

As Chief Financial Officer of Humanis Advisory Group, Megan brings a strategic and people-focused approach to financial leadership. She plays a key role in driving financial performance across the Humanis group of companies, aligning capital strategy, operational planning, and infrastructure to support long-term growth.

With deep expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis, Megan leads with a strong business lens and a collaborative mindset. Her background spans operational leadership, transaction advisory, post-merger integration, and the development of scalable corporate infrastructure, making her a critical partner in shaping both the financial and organizational health of Humanis.
