Introducing Connexus Leadership Network

Across Canada, many senior functional leaders are stepping into broader leadership roles without a clear peer environment to support that transition. While there are strong communities for entrepreneurs, CEOs, and small business leaders, there remains a gap for those leading within functions as they expand their scope and influence.

Connexus Leadership Network was created to fill that gap.

Launching within the Humanis Advisory Group ecosystem, Connexus brings together senior functional leaders who are moving beyond deep expertise into enterprise leadership. Backed by Humanis’ relationships and insight across the talent lifecycle, it creates space to think, reflect, and grow alongside others navigating similar complexity.

At its core, Connexus is built on intentionally curated cohorts, each carefully assembled to ensure the right mix of experience, perspective, and leadership context. The result is an environment where candid dialogue and meaningful connection can take place—something increasingly critical for leaders seeking perspective beyond their own organizations. This reflects a broader shift in how leadership is developing today, with greater emphasis on peer learning, shared experience, and human connection. We are launching with a small number of local cohorts in select Canadian markets and will expand thoughtfully, introducing additional cohorts where there is strong alignment, including functionally aligned and sector-specific groups.
